The Bottom Line: This book was just what I needed to realign and remind myself what I am capable of. The book refers to the need of hitting the spiritual gym to keep our motivation strong as well as working on and pushing ourselves past our comfort zone. There are countless things to worry about in this world and our greatest fears are our greatest waste of time. Jen Sincero hits the nail on the head with her one hundred exercises that focus on how to power through obstacles, overcome the doubts that hold you back from greatness, and keep the fires of determination roaring while you reach your goals. My number one takeaway from the book is summarized in this one line: “What are you bringing to the party: your drab old pile of sob stories or your dancing shoes?”

Recommendation: I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to realign, get inspired or stay motivated.
