On a regular basis, I wrestle with my ambition for my business and my own fear of going for it. I could give you a hundred reasons why our business should be 10x more successful than it is and one reason why it’s not there: me. It’s so easy to come up with reasons why you’re not going to be successful … whether you’re an entrepreneur like me or an ambitious leader. Most people turn down opportunities because they don’t think they’re ready. Once I read a quote that said: if other people believe in you, believe them.
