On Wednesday June 14th, our team was thrilled to attend the International Coaching Federation Toronto Awards Celebration. The Roundtable was honoured to win not one but TWO Prism Awards this year along with our long-standing clients PepsiCo Foods Canada (Corporate Large Sector Award) and Pelmorex Corp (Corporate Small Sector Award). The Prism Award celebrates organizational coaching programs that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, shape organizational culture, and yield discernible and measurable positive impacts.
These awards are acknowledgment and validation for the dedication and effort that comes from a multi-year mutual partnership that is built on a foundation of shared success.
“If you truly want to shift cultures, mindsets and behaviours, you need to think long term and build relationships over the long term,” noted The Roundtable founder, Glain Roberts-McCabe. “If you want to drive real results, you need consistency, a clear vision and the willingness to adapt. And, as an external partner, you need to have internal partners that are willing to work with you by sharing the “real deal” on issues so that solutions can be co-created together.”
With over 14 years working with Pepsico, we are grateful for the mutual partnership of Dave Moncur, Christine Poltrok, CHRL, Allison Boyd, Dana Jacklin and Janey Piroli, PCC, CTPC who all worked closely with The Roundtable to shape the program in the earliest stages. Thank you to Adam Tate and Jaclyn Nairn who are now shaping the program for the next generation of PFC leaders. This is truly a gold standard organization when it comes to talent development.

Anna Petosa has long been an incredible co-collaborator and was one of the early adopters of our Roundtable Catalyst program. It was fantastic to spend last night celebrating the success of the Catalyst program with some of the key leaders at Pelmorex who bring it all to life.
