When was the last time you developed yourself at work? Too busy, you say? Big targets to meet? In today’s 24/7 world where change is relentless, leaders who don’t prioritize their self-development are at high risk of being left behind. In my observation, an advanced degree depreciates faster than the new car you just drove off the lot. Continuous learning isn’t a ‘nice to do’, it’s a necessity in this ‘VUCA’ world. So be strategic about your career and be sure to prioritize learning as a ‘must do’ to keep yourself ahead of the trend and marketable.
