My Dad had a saying ‘never believe so-called experts’. His point being that most of the time people advised him to do things with a degree of ‘authority’, when their ideas were usually no better than his own.

I’ve learned that we often underestimate our expertise and look to others for guidance when, in fact, we know exactly what we need to do. TWEET THIS
