17 Highlights From 17 Years

According to Statistics Canada, only one-third of businesses make it past their third year. What we know for sure at The Roundtable is that we wouldn’t have made it to year 17 if it wasn’t for the incredible support from our community.

This past year has been full of highlights. Here are 17 of our favourites:

We chalked up a number of wins this year including:

  1. Gold Award for Women-Run Workplace of the Year (10 or Fewer Employees) at the 21st Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.
  2. Bronze Stevie® Award for Mentor or Coach of the Year, awarded to our own Leah Parkhill Reilly, Senior Coach and VP of Programs.
  3. Gold Award from the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards® for Best Coaching & Mentoring Program for our work with Pelmorex Corp. on The Roundtable Catalyst Program.
  4. Gold Award from the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards® for Best Leadership Development Program for our Leadership Roundtable Program with PepsiCo Foods Canada.
  5. Winner in the Talent Development category at the Retail Council of Canada’s Excellence in Retailing Awards for our Catalyst Group Mentoring Program with the LCBO.
  6. Top Group & Peer Coaching Expert of the Year by IAOTP.

Hitting the podium with long-time client partner Aneika Joseph of CAA Club Group to talk about 14 years of leadership development at the following conferences:

  1. ATD Org Dev conference in Atlanta
  2. Institute for Performance and Learning in Toronto
  3. SCNetwork in Toronto.

We also marked some memorable milestones this year, like:

  1. Making the list as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Recent Grads.
