Shana initially joined us as a participant in our first Roundtable for Leaders cohort. She enjoyed the experience so much that she kept coming back for more. After running operations for a consulting agency, Shana now works as an executive coach and organizational development consultant. She is a Royal Roads Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and an energetic and enthusiastic facilitator who has worked with clients from a broad range of industries. .
