Liane is Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, and Coaching Practitioner with broad experience working with diverse leaders and teams to address key challenges in today’s workforce, including enhancing leader effectiveness, driving alignment and engagement in teams, and ultimately improving personal and business performance.
Liane brings over 15 years of leadership experience spanning both corporate and consulting environments. In establishing and leading business functions, she has hired and led diverse teams, drove business growth and expansion, and directly managed the P&L of the business. Liane also brings a combination of business development, partnerships, sales, and operations experience.
As a Coach, Liane draws on her combination of direct leadership experience as well as her experience coaching leaders, ranging from Manager to VP-level, to enable growth and performance. She takes a practical approach to helping her clients design meaningful goals and achieve their objectives.
