She has over 20 years of experience in Talent Management Consulting and internal HR, blending best practice expertise with real-world business pragmatism. She excels in creating transformational development experiences for leaders and providing both group and individual coaching.
Outside of work, Colleen spends her time shuttling her busy, active girls from one place to the next, while plotting how to squeeze in her next power walk or wine date!
