Robert joins The Roundtable team in a dual capacity as our Vice President, Client Partnerships and Executive Coach. Robert is a seasoned leader with a passion for building lasting, impactful relationships with corporate clients. He has extensive experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry with PepsiCo and Nestle, where he held executive roles in Sales and General Management. Robert is working with The Roundtable team to expand our corporate client partnerships. He believes passionately that group & team coaching is a core pillar in the development of talent and delivering business results.
Robert is also a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and has obtained his ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation. Robert is certified in several assessments including the MRG Individual Directions Inventory and Leadership Effectiveness Assessment 360 tools, and MHS EQ-i 2.0.
Robert is adept at helping leaders balance a drive for performance with a focus on people. He challenges his clients to grow, perform and enjoy their leadership journey. As a thought partner, Robert brings a real-world set of experiences that facilitates his clients to broaden their perspectives while being anchored in the practicalities of what actually works.
In his free time, you can find Robert and his partner Erin golfing, travelling, or spending time with Alex, their high energy, four-legged family member.
